Abstract
Robust global natural gas consumption appears on the 2025 horizon with soaring electric power demand. The U.S. is well positioned to deliver affordable LNG as the new Trump-Vance administration will eliminate energy export restrictions of the outgoing administration. U.S. LNG export growth should consistently exceed 12 BCFGPD in 2025. Domestic natural gas consumption will also see strong growth with new power plant construction.
AI and data center growth have placed an unforeseen demand for sustainable electric power that cannot be met by solar, wind and renewables. Western Europe has opted for U.S. LNG and other stable sources for natural gas. The future is in natural gas as a clean green fuel to meet world demand beyond 2030.
