Happy Holidays! As I indicated last month, your ETGS Board has decided that with the only meeting date ETGS could arrange this month was December 22, and that this date was too much in the middle of Holiday events to proceed, so the December meeting is canceled.

At our Wednesday, January 19, 2022 meeting, David Allen will discuss “Challenges and Solutions of Low Resistivity Pay”. David is with Schlumberger and Paul Hene highly recommends the talk. For our February 16 meeting, Jonathan Rotzien will present "Deep-water sedimentary systems: Processes, products and implication".

The Tech and Prospect Expo is back in 2022! Please save the date for the Tyler Rose Center, March 28-29 2022. With the rebound in energy prices, some of you may wish to consider being exhibitors or sponsors for this great event. Your Board member, Matt Bailey, is once again leading this event. We are still working on speakers, so we are open to any great ideas you may have. Just advise Matt, myself or one of the other Board members.

ETGS has had to make commitments to Hollytree for numbers of participants, so please support your Society and RSVP. We look forward to seeing you Wednesday, January 19, 2022.
